拍攝提綱是拍攝一部影片或某些場面而制定的拍攝要點。它只對拍攝內(nèi)容起各種提示作用，適用于一些不容易掌控和預測的內(nèi)容。當拍攝過程中有很多不確定性因素，或有些場景難以預先分鏡頭時，就需要導演及攝影師根據(jù)拍攝提綱，在現(xiàn)場靈活處理。

分鏡頭腳本已經(jīng)將文字轉換成可以用鏡頭直接表現(xiàn)的畫面，通常分鏡頭腳本包括畫面內(nèi)容、景別、拍攝技巧、時間、機位、音效等，在一定程度上已經(jīng)是”可視化“影像了。分鏡頭腳本要求十分細致，每一個畫面都要在掌控之中。包括每一個鏡頭的長短，每一個鏡頭的細節(jié)。

文學腳本不像分鏡頭腳本那么細致，適用于不需要劇情的短視頻創(chuàng)作，比如教學視頻、測評時評等，它基本上列出了所有可控因素的拍攝思路。

在文學腳本中，只需要規(guī)定人物需要做的任務，說的臺詞，所選用的鏡頭和整齊節(jié)目的長短。文學腳本除了一些不可控因素，其他場景安排盡在其中，并且時間效率上也比較適宜。

總的來說，新聞類的短視頻適合用腳本大綱，故事性強的短視頻適合用分鏡頭腳本，不需要劇情的短視頻適合用文學腳本。
